Hi, I'm TIFFANY

Valentine’s Day. Some love this holiday, some feel too much pressure, and others want nothing to do with it. No matter which category you fall in, at the end of the day everyone wants to feel like they mean something to someone. Love, everyone wants to feel loved.  And, being the big romantic that I am I thought why not share some ideas that can help make your loved one sparkle! For some of you, this may be your first Valentine’s Day as a married or engaged couple! Guys, gas station flowers are NOT okay! Well, maybe if they’re accompanied with a homemade card. You know, it’s the little things more than anything. If you’re feeling like you can’t come up with anything creative, TWP has got you covered! Check out this list below and let love BE.

1.) TWP doesn’t support prom poses, however I DO support slow dances…in the kitchen to the mushiest love song. (Takeout recommended since you’ll be distracted from cooking)

Song Recommendations: Songbird by Eva Cassidy, Better Man by Cole Vosbury, Can’t Take My Eyes Off You by Lady Antebellum

2.) Frame a Poem. Ok, this might be short notice since this is being posted on actual Valentine’s Day. But, you can certainly write or type one out….then frame later. If you’re not a poet, not to worry….below is one of my favorites!

Poem Recommendation: Sonnet XVII by Pablo Neruda

3.) Inside Picnic. Remember as a kid building forts made of blankets? Why not keep the child alive and build a blanket fort and picnic in your very own living room?! Keep it simple, peanut butter and jelly (you can even cut them out in heart shapes!) …And since we’re all adults here, don’t forget the wine! And a good love song station on Pandora!

4.) Put together a slideshow of photos set to music! Looking back on all the fun times you share always brings out the butterflies!

5.) Since Valentine’s Day falls in a cold winter month…why not embrace it! Make snow angels!!! Yes, it will be cold…but your hearts will be warm! Follow it up with some Hot Chocolate (you can even spike it with some Bailey’s!)

For the Traditionalist

Flower Shop Recommendation: Fleurtacious Designs

Red Wine Recommendation: 2012 Chateau Vieux Meyney Bordeaux

White Wine Recommendation: 2011 Trentino Pinot Grigio

Champagne: Veuve Clicquot Rose

No matter where you are, spend at least five minutes to make that special someone in your life feel loved! After all, love is a verb. Happy Valentine’s Day!! Now go get your romance on!!!!

XOXO,
Tiffany

PERSONAL

In October 2021, our family took a giant leap of faith and moved to Southwest Florida. Mainly to be closer to family, but also for the amazing opportunity to run my business in two states I love.
