Hey girl!! Let’s talk about the morning of your wedding. A lot of things will be
happening at once… so I’m here to help you prepare and make the most of this for
your getting ready photos!
One of my main jobs in the morning is not only to capture candid moments but all
the sentimental details that are a part of your day. So, before we get started here let’s run through a quick checklist. Below is a list of everything that you will need for your photographer the morning of your wedding:
1.) Invitation- Be sure to include the full suite!
2.) Dress/veil (do you have a fancy hanger??)
3.) Jewelry
4.) Shoes
5.) Perfume (Pro Tip: Get a new scent to wear on your wedding day, it will
always take you right back!)
6.) Hanky/garter
7.) Family heirlooms or anything extra sentimental
8.) Purse
9.) Welcome Bags (if applicable)
Be sure to keep all these important details in one place!!! This will be so helpful on
the day of your wedding because I won’t have to bother you with 20 questions. So,
these details may be obvious and something all of you have thought of already. But,
what about the few little things that will kick your morning photos up a notch?! Here
are the details that not many people are talking about – but look incredible in
photos!
1.) A few loose blooms to go along with your invitation suite. Ask your florist to
include these at drop off!
2.) Custom ring box! My personal favorite is the Mrs Box.
3.) Champagne!! …with cute glasses to clink! A cheers photo is a must!
4.) Confetti Canons! These photos are SO much fun with your girls as you’re
getting ready to say “I do”
Follow these little steps and you will have the best photos to look back on from your
wedding day morning!
