Oh BOY!! My heart jumping up and down! I don’t even know where to begin with this beautiful wedding. I have to say, I was looking forward to this wedding all summer! Not only did I have a great team of vendors at my side, but also a truly amazing bride and groom! And, their families were just as awesome! Luckiest photographer ever! I remember back when I had my first Skype call with Catherine and Nick… we bonded over our mutual love for neutral colors home decorating and football. Fast forward a couple months later, we made arrangements for their engagement session- these two… naturals in front of the camera!

When the wedding day arrived, I met up with the girls at their hotel in downtown Saratoga. The room was packed with smiles and a fun bunch of girls who were ready to party! It was awesome energy to be around. I was obsessed with Catherine’s blush colored dress- SWOON! After this beautiful bride was dressed, we headed across the street so she could see her groom before they walk down the aisle! I found this little courtyard that was perfect for this moment. Because we were at high noon, this courtyard was perfectly shaded and had some beautiful textures that complimented them perfectly. After an emotional first look, it was time to get these two to the church!

The ceremony was beautiful and personal- which was incredibly touching. Following the ceremony, it was time to head over to Saratoga National! Upon our arrival, we spent a little time getting portraits around the golf course. My favorite spot is the tall grassy field!  The reception room was stunning- greenery hanging from the chandeliers, tall floral centerpieces intertwined with branches…gorgeous!!! After their first dance, toasts were made in celebration of Catherine and Nick….and then it was time to party! A truly memorable day, start to finish. Catherine and Nick, thank you so much for choosing me to capture your love story. It was an honor to be by your side. May you be blessed beyond measure as you embark on your new life together as husband and wife!
