This year is flying by! I think my body is still in summer mode…not fall!!! I am super excited to share this wedding with you because it was my first time shooting at their reception venue, 11 North Pearl. AND! I had a super FUN couple in front of my camera! Martha Stewart would certainly agree that this is a recipe for AWESOME! I started the day off in downtown Albany with beautiful bride Erin and all of her lovely ladies! Hair and makeup was just finishing up as I arrived and the room was filled with good tunes and lots of laughs! As always I got started with some detail shots! Can I just say that I’m in love with Erin’s gorgeous Kate Spade shoes?! Oh so fabulous! Erin told me that she found her wedding shoes before she even found her dress! Love it! I can’t believe how perfect they went with her gorgeous bridal gown! The ladies over at Lily Saratoga truly know how to make every bride feel radiant!!! Erin, you were glowing! After getting all glammed up and dressed, it was time to head over to the church! I loved seeing Kevin’s reaction of her walking down the aisle…. You’ll see in one picture below, he looked to the ceiling choking back tears (you know, masculine tears)…. so sweet! I love it! After a beautiful ceremony, we headed to the NYS museum for photos. I don’t get to shoot there as often as you would think so I was super happy to be at that location! Then we went to one of my favorite locations for photos-the bridge next to the Albany courthouse. It worked out great and the weather was absolutely perfect! When we finished up with pictures we headed to Mazzone’s 11 North Pearl- stunning venue! It reminded me of a mini Hall of Springs…lot’s of marble…stunning! My friends over at Anthology Studio did such an amazing job with the decor and flowers… you guys are so talented!! The entire reception was so much fun and what a great crowd! Lots of laughs and the dance floor was packed all night long! Erin and Kevin, thank you so much for choosing me to capture your special day-it was so much fun working with you! I hope you enjoy some of my favorite images that I posted below!
