When Laura and Tim asked if I would consider taking their engagement photos in Oneonta (where they grew up) I jumped at the opportunity! I love traveling to new places for shoots! It keeps things nice and fresh for the blog and that puts a huge smile on my face! It was also super cool that one of my favorite makeup artists, Erin Marzilli, also made the trip to Oneonta to glamorize fabulous bride-to-be Laura! When I met up with Laura and Tim I was greeted with an amazing energy and smiles that could light up any dark room! They had some really cool places in mind for the shoot…and seriously, Oneonta is a great town! It was so hard to narrow down the images from the shoot because we covered so many great locations. Just see for yourself!
We started out at a nearby park….
A-mazing light!
Love these next two…
I saw this colored brick and I had to stop!
And then there was this awesome teal wall….so naturally, a picture was a must!
Then there was this cool deli ….so of course I didn’t want to ignore it!
I mean, look at the doorway! So cool!
Then after walking through a few bushes, we found an opening…so why not dance under it?!
A neighboring wall …. TWP loves her props…thank you Hobby Lobby!
One of my favorites….
Before we knew it, it was time for outfit number two! First stop, the Oneonta High School!
Then! We headed over to their friend Jimmy’s house….this place was like a movie set!
If there is a horse present… it will end up in front of my camera!
Love!
The moon was just starting to glow from the sky and Jimmy had this awesome classic car….it just worked! Love these last few!
Laura and Tim, thank you so much for taking me around Oneonta! I had a blast with both of you and I can’t wait to see you make it official….only a couple months away!!!
