Boy do I have a fun blog for you today! I met with Dom and Jess over a year ago and the smiles were simply contagious! Shortly after our initial meeting we scheduled their engagement shoot at the Historic Barns of Nipmoose-what a gorgeous spot for an engagement session! I remember that shoot like it was yesterday—the wedding seemed so far away! And now…here we are!! I met up with Jess and her girls after they got all glammed up at the salon- everyone looked so pretty! When I arrived, Jess had all of her details ready for me to shoot…perfect way to start the day! Shortly after my arrival I was joined by Lauren and Jeremy of LaRose Media- it was pretty cool because Lauren and I wore matching black suits! Totally unplanned! This was the first time I worked with LaRose Media and I knew we would get along great! After getting some cool detail shots- it was time to get this beautiful bride dressed and get to the church! I loved the church that Jess and Dom picked… it is the prettiest building ever! When their eyes met for the first time at the end of the aisle…ahhh! Priceless. After the ceremony, we headed up to Van Patten for formal photos. The sky looked a little “iffy”…but we made it through! It drizzled for like two seconds and then passed us. It really was a great day! I love being part of a fairytale every weekend…it really is the best! Dom and Jess, thank you so much for choosing me to capture such a special time in your life.
