Happy Wednesday Y’all! It is a gray day here in Upstate New York…but I have the window opened and I am breathing in some fresh spring-like air! Second to shooting the actual wedding, my favorite part about being a photographer is blogging! I love to tell a romantic photo story. Seriously, it makes my whole entire day. You know that excitement, that super happy feeling when you’re out shopping and you find the most amazing shirt…and it fits perfectly…It’s kinda like that. But! I’m not here to talk about shopping or shirts, or how much I love blogging… Today I am here to celebrate Laura and Kyle!

I met up with the girls at the Glen Sanders Mansion where they were getting ready, while my assistant Nicole was with the boys. We were ahead of schedule, which was amazing …so it really gave the girls (and boys!) a chance to relax. I started out photographing the details, which you all know I love! The girls chatted and laughed in the background, which always makes the vibe feel like home…  Soon after the details were captured, we got this beautiful girl in her dress and ready for first look!

The first look took place behind Glen Sanders Mansion on the patio. Stunning for photos! As expected, these two were beaming ear to ear! We spent about 15 minutes capturing these two lovebirds! Then we headed downtown for more photos with the bridal party.  It was a cold, cold day…so much that members of the bridal party were keeping warm in a local sandwich shop!

The ceremony was sweet and sentimental…it photographed so pretty! After Laura and Kyle officially became husband and wife, it was time to get this celebration started! There were a lot of well wishes, and great stories shared during their toasts…and the music had everyone out of their seats! Truly a beautiful and memorable day. Laura and Kyle, thank you so much for choosing me to photograph your special day…it was so much fun working with you!
