You know when you meet someone and they tug on your heart strings because they are so thoughtful and sweet? Well, this couple has tugged on my heart strings in a major way. From the minute we chatted on the phone, to their engagement session, and of course the wedding day… Jessica and Andre have been so kind and just overall amazing people. As I got to know them better, I learned that a big part of their world is Andre’s son, Gianni. The three of them have truly formed a bond built on loyalty, love, and respect… a great foundation for any family.

I headed downstate to meet up with the girls as they were getting ready. The room was filled with great energy so I knew it was going to be a great day. Once the girls were all glammed up, we headed over to the venue where they would finish getting ready. Jess was glowing… I love seeing people so happy! After putting on her dress, it was time for Jess and her dad to see each other for the first time. That was a super sweet moment. Then, we headed outside for the first look. The grounds at Villa Venezia were lined beautifully with trees providing the perfect backdrop for these two. So many beautiful, organic moments that are making me smile as I type!

It wasn’t long before it was time for the ceremony. I must admit, my eyes were filling with tears at points of this emotional and deeply personal ceremony. It’s a beautiful thing to witness, when there is so much love in the air. Following the ceremony, it was time to get the party started and boy do they know how to party!! I found myself wanting to dance along with every song! A perfect end to a beautiful day. Jessica and Andre, thank you so much for having me a part of your special day…. it was a true honor to celebrate with you.
